In 2004 Forth Gateway Project Group developed a seating area at Cleugh Bridge. Again located on a popular walking route, the earlier seat had fallen into disrepair and the site had become overgrown. Assistance was recieved from the Levenseat Trust, and stone chippings spread beneath thanks to the opencast operator Gilhoully.
